The winner of the Plastic surgery casino prize decided to refuse improving her body and took the prize in cash. The contest organized by the Atlantic City Casino attracted a lot of attention due to its unusual prizes. One had a chance to win a liposuction, breast enlargement and other plastic surgery prizes.
The contest was held at the Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort and the winner of Nip and Tuck Sweepstakes was granted the option to take the prize in cash and the woman who wished to remain incognito used this opportunity taking $25,000 in cash.
This isn't the first casino contest with unusual prizes. Casinos try to use every chance to attract new players and casino prizes serve an additional temptation.
