EGaming Review Operator Awards have been announced recently. Betfair and Bet365 were the top winners, but the most exclusive awards went to Bet365.
Operator of the Year was the most prestigious award. It was given to the most successful operator in all gambling sectors. In this year Bet365 was the operator to receive this award. Bet365 overtook such reputable gaming operators like Betfair, Unibet, PartyGaming, Betsson and 888. Bet365 also won such awards like Casino Operator of the Year and Best Website Performance (judged and sponsored by Gomez - website performance monitoring company). Betfair was given the awards for UK Sports Betting Operator of the Year, Mobile Operator and Innovation.
The award for the greatest contribution to the gambling industry went to Bwin. Additionally, Bwin was awarded as the European Sports Betting Operator of the Year. Virgin Games was awarded as the Affiliate Program of the Year. Virgin Games runs online gambling websites like Virgin Bingo, Virgin Poker and Virgin Casino. The Socially Responsible Operator of the year award was given to 888 and PartyGaming was awarded as Slots Operator of the Year. The Poker Operator of the Year and the Bingo Operator of the Year awards went to PKR and Tombola respectively.
